A credential ValueBuilder Coach, Sam Waltz works with C-level leaders whose businesses are in the $3mil to $50mil revenue range who expect to approach an exit or transition in the next 3-5-7 years. Objective of ValueBuilder coaching is to improve and “fine-tune” the business to maximize its valuation, leveraging its “8 key drivers”, and its services are delivered via 2hour and 3hour monthly strategic mastermind peer advisory roundtables (both digital and in-person), ongoing one-on-one coaching, and project-based assignments.
